• When will my order be shipped?
    • After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship out your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

      As soon as your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail with the shipping details and tracking information for your package. 

      There can be instances where a particular product is not available for immediate shipment. This commonly applies to Astigmatism/Multifocal/Toric lenses and hence, delivery might take a little longer.

      In such a situation, we will immediately inform you of the nature of the delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s).

  • Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
    • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties, brokerages and taxes in the event that such obligations take place.

      Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. The customs may require the Customer to submit their address proof or ID proof. The Customer will be solely responsible for summiting those documents on time so as to avoid delay in the shipment release. 

  • I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
    • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • Why I am charged with additional credit card fees?
    • Visa and MasterCard have imposed a foreign transaction fee on online transactions. MasterCard has imposed this in October 2005. Please check with your card issuing bank of the additional fees that you were charged.

  • Return / Refunds :
    • At 888lens.com, we are deeply committed to offer and maintain the best return/refund policy for our customers.

      Do review your order carefully before proceeding with payment.

      In a case where you received an item that is defective or different from your stated order, we will only proceed with a refund or exchange once we receive the initial goods back from the customer.

      Returned products must be unopened, unmarked, undamaged, in the original box, complete, sealed, in the original conditions

      Do note that we will not refund items arrived in damaged conditions at our premises. The returned items have to be in the same quantity with the original order and have to be exactly the same boxes as received from 888lens.com

      The entire process could take around 2 to 4 months should there be no delays in postal services.

      The credit card refund will be done on the same credit card used when the purchase transaction was done. Please note that the client has to cover the return shipping fees to 888lens.com premises in Hong Kong.
